■ Notice of suspension of Grislo service
At 3:45 PM on August 14, 2026, the Fukuoka Regional Meteorological Observatory issued a volcanic alert level for Mount Aso.
The restriction level has been raised from "Level 2 (Restrictions around the crater)" to "Level 3 (Restrictions on entering the mountain)."
Consequently, an area of approximately 2km from the first crater of Nakadake will be closed to the public.
Visiting the Aso Nakadake crater and climbing Takadake, Nakadake, Kijimadake, and Eboshidake is not permitted.
(Access to Kusasenri is possible).
Green Slow Mobility (Grislo) departs from and returns to Kusasenri on Mount Aso.
